Position Overview
The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance EngageTech's brand identity and support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that align with EngageTech's business goals.
- Create compelling content for internal and external communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
- Maintain and enhance the company website and ensure all communications reflect EngageTech’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, generate ideas, and share best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights on communication strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
- Organize and manage communication campaigns around product launches, company events, and public relations initiatives.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring coherent messaging across communication platforms.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
- Support crisis communication efforts and contribute to the development of risk communication plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in communications, particularly in the tech sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and deliver clear, compelling communication.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing and communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
